Ballet Project 2014: Part 7 – Old Gatehouse Road
This is part 7 of the 2014 edition of the Ballet Project. This is a series I shot last summer and fall. These photos comprise ballet poses at beautiful unexpected locations around the Hudson Valley and Catskills region of New York State. Check back weekly for new posts on the Ballet Project.
After the our shoot at the gatehouse (see part 6) we walked a few minutes down the dirt road to a magnificent tree lined portion of the road which looked out at the Trapps and Skytop.
The trees and road made for an interesting set of photos. The sun beamed through the tops of the trees creating a beautiful late summer scene. We didn't spend long here as there were many hikers walking through.
